Petra tou Romiou, near Kouklia in the Limassol district, is one of Cyprus's most iconic coastal landmarks and, according to legend, the mythical birthplace of the goddess Aphrodite. The dramatic rock formations rising from clear blue waters make this a favourite stop for photography, and roadside viewpoints along the coast offer sweeping panoramas ideal for capturing the shoreline.
