In the heart of Limassol's Old Town, The Modern Kitchen is a small, vibrant pizzeria that grew from a popular Cyprus pizza truck into a permanent restaurant. The kitchen serves only pizza, built on a freshly prepared, crispy sourdough-style crust and finished in a state-of-the-art stone oven. Head chef Billy blends the finest local and international seasonal ingredients into inventive combinations, from classic Diavola and Prosciutto Funghi to Cypriot-inspired options like Flaouna, Trahanas and Sheftalia pizzas that you can order half-and-half to sample more flavours.

Vegetarian and vegan options are available, and a compact bar pours local and international wines and beers. The space is intentionally intimate, with a single long communal table inside and limited outdoor seating along the pavement, plus a glass-fronted open kitchen where diners can watch pizzas being made.
